Certifications

I don't believe certifications do make a better person. To me they are proof that at a certain point in time a person had the knowledge to pass an exam. I have seen excellent practitioners in their field without any certificate at all and some very bad ones that have collected them. Nevertheless, I know that when it comes to consulting and coaching, this is a question that you will have as a customer. Therefore you can find a list of my current certifications above. They include some that are considered the most difficult to obtain (e.g. there are currently around 700 people in the world who have passed PSM III and about 275 with PSPO III). I am a licensed Professional Scrum Trainer by scrum.org currently teaching their Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum with Kanban classes. Furthermore I have obtained certification in Agile Leadership (PAL-E & Management 3.0) and Kanban (LKU and ProKanban.org). This provides me with a broad education in Agile that complements my practical experience since 2008.
