I don't believe certifications do make a better person. To me they are proof that at a certain point in time a person had the knowledge to pass an exam. I've seen excellent practitioners in their field without any certificate at all and some very bad ones that have passed. Nevertheless, I know that when it comes to consulting and coaching, this is a question that you will have as a customer. Therefore find a list of my current certifications above. They include some that are considered the most difficult to obtain (e.g. there are currently around 700 people in the world who have passed PSM III). I'm a licensed Professional Scrum Trainer by scrum.org currently allowed to teach their Scrum Master and Scrum with Kanban classes. Furthermore I have obtained certification in Agile Leadership (PAL-E & Management 3.0) and Kanban (LKU). This provides me with a broad education in Agile that goes along with practical experience since 2008.
