"A Good Coach can Change a Game.            A Great Coach can Change a Life."

John Wooden

Coaching can be a powerful support for individuals, teams and organizations alike. Depending on your needs I can help on all three levels. An engagement within a company typically involves all three to achieve the best outcome and provide the most impact. We need to remember that no two contexts is the same though. Therefore we will take time together to find out exactly what you need and adapt it to the situation as it evolves along the way. To give you a better understanding of what this could entail let's dive a little bit deeper into all three of them.

Individual Coaching

A personal coaching relationship is based on trust and a very close bond between two individuals. Finding out if we have a good chemistry will be one of the first things we do in our initial session. The next step is to build our coaching coalition, and to define which values we want to uphold, which type of coaching you prefer and which goals you want to pursue. We will build your personal development backlog and align our future sessions to follow up on them. How we interact is highly individual and will usually evolve and change along the way.

The topics we cover might include - but not limited to - could include:

  • Scrum Mastery
  • Product Ownership
  • Facilitation
  • Conflict navigation
  • Personal development
  • Structuring and prioritizing work

Team Coaching

"It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare" (Patrick Lencioni).

And there are many things that make a successful team. Having an experienced coach by your side can be one of them.

When considering the team space there are many aspects that could benefit from professional coaching and facilitation some of which are:

  • Building a resilient team
  • Navigating the different levels of team maturity
  • Exploring and eliminating possible dysfunctions
  • Discovering and living team values
  • Creating a team manifesto
  • Crafting a powerful team vision
  • Facilitating constant transparency, inspection and adaptation

Organizational Coaching

They say that an organization is the sum of the interactions between individuals. However being aware of them and being able to shape them proactively is not something that happens very often. Depending on your needs we will reconfirm your goals, explore your motivations and develop initial steps to follow up on them.

Your organization might benefit from the following:

  • Crafting a powerful vision and meaningful values
  • Enabling leadership through coaching skills
  • Introducing value driven approaches to product development
  • Defining the right value metrics to describe progress
  • Fostering bottom up intelligence for the good of the whole
  • Increase people engagement and as a result satisfaction

Getting started

The best way to start our coaching relationship is simply for you to get in touch with me so we can find out more about how I can help you! We'll take an initial half an hour in a call to get to know each other. There you can find out if chemistry is right, what our collaboration could look like and what the next steps could be.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
