Both my professional and private experiences have taught me some important lessons and I try to build everything I do on them. They are:

People first ... how can you enable the people within your organization to do the best job they can? How can your organization serve your customers better? What can you do to maximize the outcome of interactions between people?

 

Constant learning and adaptation is key... when was the last time you did something for the first time? What was the biggest mistake you ever made and what did you learn from it? If you could do only one small thing differently tomorrow to move closer to your goal, what would it be?

 

Stay mindful... are you aware of the impact that your actions have on others? Can you name your most important personal motivators in life? What can you do to benefit your team, your organization and everyone around you?




This is why... no one personal situation is like any other. You deserve the time and individual approach that your own context needs. Therefore I will neither promise nor provide silver bullets, best practices or standard methodology. 

 

Our very first encounter will be a coaching-like conversation in which you will talk and I will listen while asking questions filled with curiosity. Afterwards we will both be more aware of your goal, your major challenges and your first steps in moving forward. Should we decide to work together, we'll constantly inspect and adapt your progress as well as the way we interact.

 

My goal is to help you developing yourself, your team or your organization in a way that, sooner rather than later, I will take a step back and you won't need me anymore. 

Coaching

Coaching means to reveal, not to resolve. Together with individuals and teams I will be a guide in developing solutions. There is only one expert to your problem: you!

Training

It is a must to have a common level of knowledge and speak the same language. This is something we can achieve by conducting customized training fitting your situation!

 

Facilitation

Nobody needs another dull meeting without an outcome. I can help you to transform them from boring and frustrating into energized and effective!
